I found the car I liked online and called ahead to make sure they still had it, and that it was actually as advertised. I spoke to Mike Scott. He was incredibly friendly and incredibly helpful. The dealership doesn't seem like its on the best side of town, and honestly the dealership itself could use some TLC. I will say that it wouldn't hurt this place if it cleaned up a bit. Clean the floors, tables, and bathrooms. Throw some fresh paint on the walls and take pride in your business. This would take a day of work and it would VASTLY improve the experience of your customers. You would probably end up with higher rated reviews if the outward appearance was just a little better. Now as far as the car. I bought a 2019 Tesla Model 3. I have been researching these for months and knew just about everything there was to car itself. I researched what to look for in a used Tesla and was pleasantly surprised by the condition the car was in. The only issue with the car was that it was locked in Valet Mode. This meant the car couldn't be driven faster than 70mph, the glovebox and front trunk were locked, and the motors were reduced by 25%. Mike and I took it on a test drive, and everything felt great with the car, even though it was stuck in valet mode. Because of valet mode we also couldn't see all of the cars features. I wanted to find out if the car had full self driving feature, and if there were any issues with the vin. Mike called Tesla right way on speakerphone and we found out all of the info. We also got the instructions from Tesla on how to unlock the Valet mode, which according to them would take 3-4 days after the purchase of the car. We got the deal worked out and the credit approved. I originally was going to buy a car from Carvana that kept getting delayed and I canceled. World auto was able to get me a surprisingly much better rate. Like a LOT better. Once all of the paperwork was signed Mike took it upon himself to call Tesla again and push to see if they would rush getting the valet mode turned off. He succeeded and the car was transferred into my tesla account that night!!!! Everything I've read states that this normally won't happen for at least 48 hours, but Mike made it happen ASAP. That really pushed the purchase of this car and review over the edge for me. Mike went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. I have bought cars from large traditional dealerships, carmax, and plenty of other small hole in the wall spots. After reading the past reviews I will say that I am happily surprised that World Auto ended up being the best experience with car buying yet. Make sure you ask for Mike. I truly believe that his help is what made this experience the way it was! Thanks again Mike!

We did the test drive, both my husband and my son test drove the car, my son was purchasing his first car, and Felipe made it simple and seamless. While awaiting for the paperwork to get done and getting the car under our insurance, we also had the pleasure to meet Felipe's co-worker Robert, a military veteran, who shared quiet a few fun stories with us. The vehicle arrived with only one key, and the delivery driver showed up around 11 PM and unloaded the car along a busy highway. After taking the Mustang to a mechanic, I was informed that the catalytic converters were missing. I was quoted upwards of $10,000 to have the issue properly corrected. On top of that, the vehicle needed to be re-tuned because the existing tune was obsolete, and I also had to have the computer flashed. What concerns me most is how Mint Auto handled the situation afterward. When I contacted them about the missing catalytic converters, they produced paperwork claiming that I had knowingly signed acknowledging they were missing. I absolutely dispute that. This experience has cost me thousands of dollars beyond the purchase of the vehicle, and I believe potential buyers deserve to know what happened before doing business with Mint Auto Sales. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend having any vehicle from them independently inspected and carefully reviewing every document before purchasing. They did accommodate my disability, and did modify their return policy to accommodate my disability. For this, I'm thankful appreciative, and they did the right thing in accordance with the ADA. The downside is that their pricing is a bit high because of who their clientele is. They also have mandatory warranty coverage. This is both good and bad. It protects their investment and your product but there's no way to opt out that's driving the cost of ownership higher. The other con is that they have a mandatory GPS tracking device that invade your privacy that you cannot opt out of. This is not only violate several privacy laws. It also violates the ADA. They violated the ADA, because I requested an accommodation for them to modify the warranty coverage to a shorter period to accommodate my disability related needs, and they failed and refused to respond as the ADA requires, in writing, demonstrating how they requested accommodation fundamentally alter the nature of their service product or activity. That is what is required, and they failed, and refused to do so. Overall, I do recommend them if you were in a situation that needs this type of service and is OK with the cons.
