The gentlemen tells me that just means I'm ahead of the walk ins. They overbook and are not forth coming about details. I'm sitting here listening as they tell person after person who walk up to check "1-1.5 hours." This is unacceptable. If I'm making an appointment, it's just that - an appointment, NOT a time to come an get in line for hours.

Inefficient, and poor customer service…read more Brought my truck in for routine maintenance to include oil change, tire rotation and balance, and fluid refills. My service rep was Megean and she was very dismissive and didn't confirm the service request, just said "yep got it". Had an AirPod in her ear the entire time I was at the desk. Waited for nearly 4 hours before my truck was "ready" and I read on the invoice all that had been done was the oil change and tire rotation with an alignment (that I didn't ask for?). Balance service and fluids were not addressed as I specifically requested. Already frustrated, I start driving home and ended up calling back to the service department because I noticed new vibration and shaking from my steering wheel. Megean said I could bring it in the next morning. Next morning I get there, drop it off and explain what services I'm requesting. Megean was there again and seemed to be more receptive. Fast forward 2 hours, I open the link I was sent to check for an update on my vehicle's service and it had incorrect vehicle information. Wrong model, wrong VIN. I decided to go in and when I got there, saw my truck hadn't moved from where I parked it in the 2 hours it had been there. Seriously a huge waste of time that could have been avoided if Megean actually listened to me the first time. I expected more from the "better" rated Chevy dealer in the area, which was the only reason I brought my truck here to begin with.
