I only saw two private desks to conduct business and did not see a bathroom available for customers at this location. The line here moves fairly quickly. Once a long line of customers forms, right away two other bank tellers will come out to assist making wait times decrease significantly which is very convenient. My grandma is hard of hearing and is slow at conducting business which can frustrate young professionals at times. However, the bank tellers at this location were patient, kind and accommodating which was nice to see. I will continue to take my grandma to do business at this location. They also have one ATM right in front of the building and a drive-thru ATM at the back of the building. Their parking lot is on the small side with handicap parking available right in front.

She knew exactly what I was talking about and was able to assist me very quickly. I am a sucker for fast service. Not only was the service fast, it was great! She was very thorough in explaining what I needed to do and what my options were. She was also very friendly and asked me questions pertaining to my new car as if she was genuinely interested. Oddly enough, I find myself having to come inside more often than not so I've talked to many of the employees here. For just general tasks, the front desk gets the job done (and about half the time with a smile). They aren't the fastest bunch and last time I was in, an employee asked a customer who was depositing a self proclaimed 'big check' what he did for a living. I guess this isn't a big deal for some, but I think that's infringing on the privacy of someone who might not be comfortable. Having said that, they are generally friendly and ask how my day is. Sometimes the friendliness gets in the way of speed, however, since I've never seen more than 2 people working at the desk at one time. I sat down with a personal accountant to figure out the best credit card option through the bank and not only did the employee take a personal call while I was with her, but she did not seem to be knowledgable at all about my options. After figuring that out 20 minutes later, she recommended I call customer service for more information. It's not the worst BofA branch, but they could use a little improvement.

Nothing can be used or accesssed without a pin number, but can only get a pin number by calling. All I want to do is make a payment, but the bill only lists the last 4 of my loan/account number and I have no way to log in. I work nights, I have no time for all of this back and forth B.S.... I bet they'd be quick to call me if I miss a car payment!!!

I recall one situation in which I lost my debit card and didn't know what to do. I had already requested a new card over the phone. But I found out the bank can issue you a temporary card (link it to your account) until your permanent card arrives. Music to my ears... I had no clue! There are three ATM areas at this location. I do wish they disbursed increments of your choosing at least one of the machines, but nope. The bank is located off of the busy Victory Blvd. Several shops surround the bank from Ruby Tuesday to Krispy Kreme. Have fun and enjoy life :)

My experience with Wells Fargo bank has been absolutely miserable. You would think with all the bad…read morepublicity about opening fake accounts they would treat their longtime customers better. What happened was when a rate on my credit card expired, my monthly payments more than tripled. They are calling me day and night. I have a record of what may be more than a dozen customer reps have saying some very stupid things, such as closing my account. That would totally destroy my credit. I have a job and I am working off the balance. But couldn't they consider that I've been a customer for decades and reduce the interest rate? They keep saying I must call but then I do and they go round and round and round in circles- never resolving. I cannot wait to close all my dealings with Wells Fargo and go with a credible Credit Union. Shame on you Wells Fargo.
