I've been working with Marlon White for two years (well before COVID) and he and his loan department have been horrible in communicating updates. They keep asking me for the same information and have hit my credit with at least 5 hard inquiries because they are soooo slow processing what I submitted. I have had houses and mortgages since 1995 and this is by far the WORST customer service EVER!!!!! I have sent over 60 emails and talked customer service representatives at least twice a week for months. This company took 1200 out of my escrow account and still have not paid my real estate taxes. They continue to be past due and the late fees keep piling up. I did not choose this awful company. I initially worked with an amazing coming to get my loan and once i had my closing they immediately sold it to this absolute joke of a company. Everyone I speak with says they will send it over to one of their specialists that can take care of the problem but I'm never allowed to speak to anyone that will actually help me. How do you ever get someone to actually help you??? Do you contact BBB? I've NEVER been late on anything in my life and this is giving me such anxiety bc I've never had someone scam me like this. read more
