Oscar showed up right on time and after talking to me for a few minutes climbed up on the roof and did a complete inspection. After completing the inspection Oscar said he would work up an estimate and email it to me. He got the price to me the next day. I choose them to do the job after comparing them with my other estimates. They were able to do the job two days later and were done in one day. Owner and the crew were very friendly and professional and did a good job. They also cleaned up the site very well and hauled it all away. I would highly recommend them to anyone I know who need any kind of roof work done.

I recently noticed a crack in one sash (manufacturing issue - no fault of Triad Installations!) and Paul was out that day to take measurements and coordinate a replacement sash through the warranty program. While delivering and installing the replacement sash, Paul even helped fix a strip of siding that had pulled off during a recent storm! Truly great service with every interaction.

When we met with Paul owner and then with his workman, they both said they could build the deck according to the plan. So we signed the contract. But then the workman showed up with the lumber already purchased, without a copy of the plan. They built a deck that did not match the plan. We paid them in full. We met with the supervisor and he agreed that it was not according to plan. We told them to just remove the deck and we would get someone who can build according to contract. They would not even do that. Our remedy is to go to court.

After my first review, I was contacted multiple times by several different people from the business…read moreincluding the owner. I was asked to allow them to make good. Though I hesitated I am a man of second chances. Tim contacted me, wanted me to remind him of the job so he could make sure he was quoting the right thing. I did and he sent me a message quote. I ended up allowing them to the do the work not because they were the cheapest but because of the explanation of what needed to be done and how they would do it. The main issue was that I had some leaks and needed some roof repair. I also asked for some gutter guards as well. I was given a date and they showed up promptly. The main guy on site was great and kept me informed of the process. A second crew came to do the gutter guards and they do did a good job and was very quick also. During the roof repair, as the guys were walking, a couple planks were busted which caused more leaks. There was no way the crew would have known this at the time but when I realized it I called Tim back and he scheduled a time to have the crew return. Again they showed up promptly, repaired those areas and was gone in a very quick time.

I am satisfied with the new roof and gutters which were installed on our church earlier this year…read more The workmanship was excellent and the crews were nice even when our people were a little critical at the wrong time. they are as proud of the work and timeliness of the completing of the work. As the pastor of the Ambassadors Cathedral of Winston Salem NC, I am troubled by the lack of communication from this great company concerning the church yard. We have struggled this year with mowing because of the deep furrows and uneven surfaces in the grassy areas around the church. There is broken concrete on our walkways and sidewalks which require more than passing attention. If this church were located in the western portion of this city and we had high powered attorneys on our roles, would this have continued until this letter? Guys did come to fix this problem but were unaware of the extensive damages to the churchyard. We have heard nothing from anyone after calls to the representative. #looking for a phone call.
