Pros: Outcome from my case exceeded expectations. Cons: Communications with the legal team were unprofessional and frustrating: Emails regularly took weeks to answer if they were answered at all. Many of the booked phone meetings were no-shows. Partly due to super slow communications, my relatively simple case took ~ 12 months to conclude (without going to court or arbitration). Lawyer handling my case disappeared ~ 9 months into the case with no communications to me - one of my "still waiting for your response" emails got a reply from legal assistant "he does not work here any more". The new lawyer who took over the case was communicating professionally. Maybe my case was an isolated incident due to problems that were not communicated to me, but unfortunately the communication issues were not addressed earlier regardless of my requests to do so. After the case was resolved, I never got a call or email concluding the case or asking for feedback. That was strange. I do NOT recommend Lemon Law Pro. read more

We feel fortunate to have found the very competent, responsive Lemon Law Pro office in Roseville to handle our Lemon Law case. Our 2019 mini-van was a 'lemon' with continuing engine and transmission issues. Its resale value was seriously compromised by the repair order history. We were also out-of-pocket for some losses not covered by warranty. I hired this agency after speaking on the phone with them after Epic Chevrolet had created a lemon pit of my brand new car and giving me the run around. These people were great, very knowledgeable, kept me informed all the way through the process which took about a year or so. I never had any issues with communication, I was always able to call them email them and even text them Monday through Friday during business hours and pretty consistently received answers same day or next day. The end result was I got pretty much every dime I had ever paid the bank including interest, down payment, both registrations, they said I could have gotten all out pocket costs for towing and roadside but I never actually had to use that, and GM paid for it, it didn't really cost me anything upfront or in the end. When we were contacted about my car (it was junk mail, turned out), I contacted the company while researching others. Lemon Law Pros was a 'local company' which had good reviews and BBB ratings, so I went with them. I was surprised and delighted when I got a call from one of the lawyers there (who turned out not be the one that is handling our case) about the process and the response we should receive. They said '"reach out to us at any time for a status" on more than one occasion. The gentleman that wound up on our case is either overworked or lazy , as we have tried unsuccessfully to get a simple straight answer. And did not even recall that I had responded to his email the next day with our answer which included and inquiry on the timeframe we should expect... CRICKETS....I contacted them after we received a request for additional paperwork, some of which made sense, others not so much. I was told that the lawyer was on a conf call and he would get back to me by the end of the day (Thursday) I called Friday and was told after I said that I would speak to anyone that was on our case, that we could make an appointment to speak with him as he was on a call again. so I made an appoint for Monday at 10:30. I had to call at 11:30 and when I was told he was on a call again, I said that I wanted to speak with someone else, because he was obviously too busy. He got on the phone then...When I had to remind him that we has sent in our answer 2 weeks before and then we got a call for additional paperwork that didn't make sense, he finally said, "I will call the other lawyer now and call you back in 30 minutes". I still have not heard back and have called again twice, both times I was told he was on a call. This is not what I expected and as such, I am leaving this review. IF things improve I will come back and edit it. Wouldn't you know it...minutes after positing this review, I got a call explaining and apologizing for the situation.
