Our experience with Tanner was a nightmare from the first second to the last…read more He called at the wrong time. Not the time we scheduled. My wife was still in the hospital from her injuries. The injuries that, for the record, were well within the statute of limitations. But Tanner wouldn't know that, because he interrupted my wife TWENTY-TWO TIMES in under fifteen minutes. Every single interruption was to tell us "the statute of limitations on that has passed." Tanner, if you had let my wife finish one sentence about the DEATH OF OUR CHILD, you would have understood that because the issues are CONTINUOUS, the early start dates only meant your firm had the opportunity to help us recover nine figures in damages. Instead, you laughed while talking over a hospitalized woman trying to describe the worst thing that has ever happened to her. You called at the wrong time, steamrolled her, and were too busy hearing yourself talk to realize you were throwing away a massive case. All while practicing law without a license and proving you don't understand California law well enough to be answering phones at any firm, let alone doing intake. When we contacted the firm about what happened, they were condescending and dismissive. They treated us like the problem for expecting accurate legal guidance and a bare minimum of human decency.
