I let the company know that I had decided to go in a different direction. Unfortunately, the calls did not stop. I received so many calls that I eventually blocked their number. After that, I began receiving calls from other phone numbers. About five months later, I received another call from a number with a similar area code, so I answered thinking it might be someone else. It was this company again, giving me the same sales pitch and asking me to sign the paperwork they had emailed me. At that point, I told them that if the calls continued, I would consider taking action for harassment. I had already told them multiple times that I was going in a different direction, yet the repeated contact continued. Based on my experience, their approach felt extremely aggressive and unprofessional. When someone clearly says they are no longer interested in your services, that decision should be respected.
