When that time came, I researched multiple firms, read countless reviews and testimonials, and interviewed attorneys to find the right representation. After doing thorough due diligence, we chose The Lemon Law Attorneys, and we are extremely glad we did. We retained the firm in July 2024, and our case was settled today. Attorney Tim Whelan, one of the managing partners, handled our case personally. Throughout the entire process, he and his team were available, communicative, and transparent -- whether through email or phone. Even during moments of frustration with how long the manufacturer dragged things out, Tim always took the time to explain every step clearly and reassure us with his experience and expertise. One of the most important things to me was hiring a firm that had real experience going up against the manufacturer we were dealing with. Over the course of our case, several settlement offers were presented -- and we turned them down because we trusted Tim to continue fighting for what we were legally entitled to. He did exactly that. Today, our case finally concluded, and my wife and I are genuinely happy with the outcome. Thank you to The Lemon Law Attorneys and especially Attorney Tim Whelan for your professionalism, diligence, and commitment. We highly recommend this firm to anyone who finds themselves in need of Lemon Law representation.

Foxie Legal is the exact opposite of that. I have trust in process serving companies once again. This isn't the first time I have to serve papers, and I am absolutely certain it won't be the last.
