The number of gay and trans flags all over the barber shop makes it 1000% clear that this barber shop is a gay/trans rights safe space first and a barber shop second. Mr. Barnhart is free to decorate his shop any way he likes and hire as many trans barbers as he sees fit, I suppose, which is his right. It is very much in your face from the discussions that go on in the shop pretty much every time I have visited since it changed from Bearded Lady to Barnhart's.
