While I will say, explanation on menus and details were a bit confusing during the booking process, the overall experience onsite was phenomenal. Ryan, our server, was chefs kiss. Clear on expectations, attentive to all guest, and was to par with our meals. While we had a little bit of a delay on some to the steaks, they made sure to take care of our table. The manger overseeing the room with Ryan ensured that we were all addressed and taken care of noting the delay in our food, he handle it with poise and care and without anyone asking - through we really didn't want to be a pest, there was a lot of us. Food quality was fantastic, the craft drinks - delicious, and service - beyond expectations. I look forward to coming back soon for another exceptional experience with Bulla. Thanks you for hosting us, and making my mother's 59th birthday a lasting memory.

The bartender acknowledged us and told us that someone would be with us shortly. We had to wait a few minutes, but we were eventually sat. Our waiter came over right away. He was nice, but he took about 10 minutes explaining the menu going through each category and giving his suggestions. It was just a little bit too much information and a little overwhelming. The glasses on our table were also dirty. Our waiter handled it well and brought us new cups. I ordered an iced latte and our waiter brought me a hot latte, but he was nice enough to change it to iced. For our entrées, we ordered the lemon pancakes, breakfast flatbread, potatoes, breakfast paella and avocado toast. The highlight was the pancakes. The lemon flavor was really present and the blueberries on top added a nice sweet touch. The potatoes were also delicious with the sauce that was on them. The avocado toast was okay. It was really small and not very flavorful. My friends loved the breakfast flatbread but I felt it was a little watery. The paella was underwhelming. Some of the rice was a little hard. It just didn't hit like the other dishes did, but then again I don't really like rice for breakfast. Overall, it was a great experience. There were just a few misses, but I will continue to dine here.

Absolutely adored my…read moreexperience at Bulla Gastrobar -- from velvety dates to robust sangrias, top to bottom this was so good. It's a must try! They offer a prix fixe menu, but we opted for the Saturday brunch menu on the Luna Lounge rooftop, which is packed with incredible options -- tapas, paellas, large plates, sweet plates and charcuterie. The bottomless mimosas were so reasonably priced, this alone is enticing me back. $23 for bottomless mimosas & sangria! They were also incredibly balanced and delicious. The sangria (I preferred the white but both were delicious) was a bright sweetness, and the mimosa was sweet but punchy on the tastebuds! I loved it. Definitely get this. (Pro-tip get the passionfruit mimosa & thank me later!) Ham croquettes had a crispy outer shell with a savory, cheesy inside that completely melts in your mouth with the salt of the crunchy bits of meat. All of that is countered by the sweetness of the fig jam, it's such a great combination of textures and flavors. It was indulgent! The ceviche de jalapeno was a highlight of the day -- such robust and bold flavors. the shrimp and fish were so fresh with the perfect texture and. The lime mixture was divine, I couldn't stop eating it! Tangy, tart and sweet. the heat was light for me but i loved the kick from the jalapenos. The dates were also a homerun -- the way the sweet dates melted into the salty bacon and savory chorizo was fantastic. We also tried the calamari, and it was okay but nothing to write home about. Here's what I recommend: * Serrano Ham Croquettes * Ceviche de Jalapeno * Bacon-wrapped chorizo stuffed medjool dates * Chicken & Waffles w/ rosemary syrup

I ordered an iced creme catalana and my mom got a barcelona gothic. Both the drinks were delicious, my mom's was like drinking melted chocolate with hints of espresso and mine was sweet n light with oranges. We also split the tortilla española which was one of the best omelettes i've ever had. The seating is right by the giant sideways dome so the view and lighting is naturally lit. There are also seating options outside by the garden. The staff was friendly and efficient with our orders, being kind enough to bring it to our table. They had plenty of options on the menu that i'll have to try my next visit! Although there are plenty of cafes in the area, if you're visiting the dali museum you gotta stick with the custom!
