Well, I guess he missed the greens part because I didn't get any. Please let me know if the wings are supposed to be fried or steamed. I was handed a gross combination of both! I was only given the option of two different chicken flavors (I was sad they didn't offer any beef options). The first choice was sort of a mango salsa marinated one (I think?) which was nice and fresh tasting and the other was more of a stronger flavored marinade. Maybe some sort of chipotle seasoning. Don't quote me on that but regardless, I got one of each. Both flavors were delicious! They were also decent sized tacos and for $5... you really can't be that. Typically, I think food truck prices are way too high for the portions they give. In this case, I thought their prices were outstanding for the quality of food they put forth. I shares the nachos with my friend. These were scrumptious as well. I highly recommend this food truck!

This truck came to our work place today and raved about their awards…read more I bought the brisket sliders and was totally disappointed. The meat was dry and tough, the two things brisket should never be. They smothered the sliders with their sauce which overpowered all but the burnt flavor of the edges of the meat. Wasted money, hoping it doesn't disagree with my stomach as much as it did my pallet. I also bought their mac and cheese with bacon. The macaroni is small, like you see in kraft boxed mac and cheese. The mac and cheese was dry and almost flavorless. The bacon on top is more like jerky than bacon. If there is a highlight it's that they're not getting much busier and most likely won't be back. In response to their reply: When I stepped up to your truck you were quick to tell me how great your food is and how you bested others in recent contests; this is called "setting a high expectation". I have been eating brisket for more than 25 years and know what good brisket tastes like. I am also aware of what good mac n cheese tastes like. I am more than willing to admit my tastes may differ from others, but when a person brags they need to produce. I do want to thank you for reminding me of my lack of good reviews, I have procrastinated too long on catching up on Yelp. Your comment has spurred me to get at it. I have just posted several reviews of places that "get it right" without bragging. I will continue to give shout outs to those doing well as much or more than those who don't. Finally, I would not have written a review if you hadn't asked me too.
