Kelly at LeLe Floral is ahhhmazing! While LeLe Floral was further from the delivery destination than other florists I considered, it was the one with all 5-star Yelp reviews! Need I say more. And what went well you ask?Everything! From contacting and speaking with Kelly to a Sunday delivery. I love when that happens. Because I was unable to attend a 21st birthday celebration, I wanted to gift the young lady a special and hopefully memorable floral arrangement. Sharing the birthday girl's favorite colors and some of her fashion likes, Kelly created the perfect arrangement which I knew would be received with joy and happiness. And it was. She loved it! Kelly has fantastic communication skills and obviously can see through the phone and read minds:). At least that is the feeling I had when I was explaining my vision of what I thought I wanted. She filled in all the blanks and gently steered me to the arrangement I knew was the one. LeLe Floral definitely exceeded my expectations and lived up to all the Yelp hype. Kelly was amazing throughout the entire process of preserving my wedding bouquet. I decided last minute that I wanted to do this and she was very responsive and accommodating to my hectic schedule - my husband and I had a destination wedding and left to our honeymoon right afterwards, so my bouquet was sent with my mom and the timeline was tight! I had the pleasure of leveraging Kelly's services for my wedding on 3/28/25 (Fri) and she did NOT disappoint! I received so many compliments on my Bouquets and center pieces and felt so proud to give them to my family because EVERYone wanted one! I actually reached out to 8 different florists and she was the only one that provided me a beautiful estimate with visuals and clear categories! I was impressed. LELEFloral was also the most affordable! Kelly was about ~$1k cheaper than other florists. Kelly was prompt and arrived highly organized with the boutonnieres and wrist corsages labeled! I would highly recommend Kelly for any future events and also as your wedding florist or any big (or small) event! Note: I showed her my pinterest vision and she took that and made my vision come to life!

Today was my first experience with LeLe Floral, but will now be my go-to if I have needs for florals. What a find! I needed an arrangement to celebrate friends' new baby. I went to Yelp and based on the positive reviews, went to LeLe Floral's website. The photos were helpful and the prices are extremely reasonable. There's also an option to communicate via text, which made it so easy and all of my questions were answered. Kelly was even able to make customizations. I placed the order at 10:20a and received delivery confirmation by 2p. So much work in such a short amount of time. And the results are beautiful and look very high end... this was NOT an impersonal creation with some stems crammed in a vase - this was crafted with skill and really makes a statement. Lovely!

Kelly's level of customer service is second to none. Communication is easy through phone and text, and replies are always prompt. I was following specific instructions from the family of loved one who had passed, including preferred floral arrangement contents and style, and Kelly was able to execute the request perfectly. Delivery instructions were followed exactly as requested, ensuring that the arrangement made it to the right place and on time. The arrangement was of the best quality and value. I'm absolutely amazed at how smooth and accommodating the experience was! I called late in the day from out of state to have birthday flowers delivered, and she made the entire process so quick and easy. It truly made me so happy knowing my mom received them and couldn't stop talking about how beautiful they were. Thank you so much -- I'll definitely be using this florist from now on!

I don't have sufficient words to recommend Kelly at LeLe Floral highly enough. Simply out, she is an artistic angel! When I was grief stricken and devastated from losing my beloved mother to cancer (on my 21st wedding anniversary btw), my friends wanted to contribute the flowers for Mother's memorial service, but they wanted me to choose the florist, and I didn't have any sense of who to choose. The cemetery didn't seem to have a lot of ideas either so I started calling florists that popped up in my yelp search. What sold me on LeLe was that Kelly was so kind to me over the phone. She was truly kind, patient, and compassionate. I am just so thrilled with how Mother's flowers turned out! I feel like Mother was honored like a queen at her memorial service with such beautiful flowers and that means the world to me. My mother loved flowers and I know she would've been so happy to see these gorgeous flowers. I also contacted the cemetery and mortuary to recommend LeLe for their future customers. I strongly encourage everyone who needs flowers to utilize this amazing business. I am so genuinely grateful for the kindness, compassion, and artistry of Kelly during this devastating time.

If I could give Lele Floral 10 stars I would. The morning of my best friends wedding her bouquet from another florist in the area was atrocious. I called the morning of the wedding, and LeleFloral was able to take in the old bouquet and turn it into something absolutely breathtaking taking. The flower arrangement I ordered was absolutely stunning, they were extremely helpful, guiding me through their website and making sure I got everything that I needed since i am not from the area so everything I did was over the phone! I highly recommend, Thank you again !!!

I called and ordered a Mexican style rose bouquet(ramo buchón) and it was the most beautiful bouquet I've ever seen. Every single rose was immaculate and the wrapping was spot on. Exactly how I wanted it. Also got a matte black vase to go with it, that she offered. It fit perfect with the way I wanted the whole thing to look like. My wife absolutely loved it. I can't thank her enough. She's Super nice and friendly with great service. Prices are great, for the way it came out I would have payed more honestly. I will keep going to her for my floral needs.
