I asked for them to deliver the flowers anytime *after* 3pm per the note that I wrote in prior…read moreto making the online purchase for delivery today (4/1/26) -- instead, I got an email from them at 3:33pm today stating that it finally got delivered... but on the email they sent said it was delivered at 12pm. If they were unable to deliver on the requested time, they could've called me; my number was also written in the steps prior to purchase. I do not appreciate this type of service especially coming from a company that seemed great from initial appearance, but clearly lack in quality customer care. But it's very clear they don't really care, otherwise I would've been informed via call or email but again, got nothing. There's a reason why I stated my request for a certain time frame. It is what it is now. 2. I paid about $5 extra for them to send me an email of how the flowers looked prior to making the delivery -- what's the point of that when I never received it at all? Take that option off if you're unable to deliver such service that's outside of what you actually can do. It makes no sense how something simple can turn out complicated even in the slightest bit. And no, I'm not upset. Just unfortunately disappointed at the professionalism and lack of quality care that I had to share my experience with everyone here. The flowers on the other hand looked nice from the image that was sent to me from my family member. Although the flowers looked nice, the quality of service should match. It doesn't. I didn't want to believe what the other negative reviews were saying since I prefer to give things a chance at least once, and unfortunately I see why others weren't happy with their experience. Again, yes the flowers were nice, but I wasn't informed, at all, through email or phone about the delivery time and also paying an extra $5 to see what it looks like before sending it off. No point in having that as an option online if you're not going to do your part. I'm sure others have had great experiences with this shop; I don't doubt that. I just cannot get on that boat with them because my experience wasn't great. If you know better, then do better. Quality customer service these days are horrible as it is already, don't make it worse. DO BETTER.

She also let me know the confirmation emails would likely goto my spam folder - those little details help make the customer's experience easier.

The bouquet was absolutely one of the most gorgeous I've seen in a long time, which is why I took several photographs; the more I looked at it, the more unusual and abundant it became. I noticed the predominance of yellow as soon as I opened the door; it was patty's favorite color. I would've been fine if the kind man hadn't said happy birthday to me. when I told him it wasn't my birthday he said he thought he saw something about birthday on the card. that's when I told him it was my sister's birthday that day, but she died last year. his expression quickly changed and he became sympathetic, which left me no choice but to water my eyes -- even though he told me just to water the flowers every few days. when i thanked our daughters, i let them know that their dad and i would admire their remembrance all week long. or so i thought. the gorgeous arrangement started to go south within 24 hours. By the end of the second day, they were pathetic enough to inspire me to email the highly regarded florist and include photographs. as expensive as cut flowers are these days, and as large as this arrangement was, I knew it was just plain wrong that they would collapse that soon. within 2 minutes of sending the message, my phone rang. The florist was clearly appalled at the condition of the flowers and right away, offered to replace them. she apologized several times and suggested waiting a day or two until fresh sunflowers came in. I assured her that replacing them would be very nice but that there wasn't a hurry to do so. we agreed that it wouldn't need to be in a ceramic vase again but a glass one with fresh flowers would be fine. a few days later, the same sweet man delivered beautiful new flowers, kept to the original theme of yellow with several new buds and sunflowers still opening. He brought them inside to the counter because the glass vase filled with water was pretty heavy. Judy's Blossoms not only knows how to put a gorgeous arrangement together, they also know how to treat customers as they'd treat family...or want to be treated themselves. you just can't ask for more, from anyone...including a local florist.
