I bought a brand new Puma trailer costing 50,000 dollars and have had nothing but trouble with it. Leisure time have done very little to help me. The floor in the bunk room is rotten and about to fall in. We cannot let our grandchildren use it. We have never had a leak and it is under 5 years old. We paid a fortune for extended coverage but conveniently this is not covered. Leisure time have quoted over 2,000 dollar to repair it. On another note I paid an extra fee to get a full size fridge but when it was installed I found it was only Electric not also propane so a much cheaper fridge but I was charged extra. I was taken advantage of by Ken at Leisure Time. I would not buy anything from this company. read more

I scheduled an appointment for July 18/2017 dropped the unit off the day previous. Was never called with an update and had to reach out to the dealer several times to find out a week later they had not done anything but analyze the trouble. I retrieved the RV so we could use it for a family outing and we spoke directly with the Fixed Asset Manager, who promised he would investigate our issue and call us with a planned resolution and timeline to conduct the repair. That was 5 days ago still no contact from him and calls to him go unreturned. Finally called back and spoke with service dept to find out parts had arrived but they were waiting for us to call them back. Original call to book repair made July 11. appointment for repair July18 actually repaired Aug 4, 2 hours labour. The repair was finally conducted and they did deduct an amount from the bill to offset the level service and inconvenience. I am amazed to see that until mine all the reviews are positive since ours has been so negative up to this juncture. I would have difficulty recommending this service provider for repair, perhaps their focus is on sales and not service . read more
