We would have to say No. First and last time we used this place. Bought a Foosball table from them, unpacked a day before Christmas and.. the accessory box is missing. Called these people and one person (Merle) promised for Tuesday, now the manager (Jason) saying they cannot do overnight because they will lose money. So they will do a regular shipping that will arrive Saturday and kids won't have much time to play. They blame all to the shipping services. We think they just forgot to put an extra box. Bad service, no more! read more

I moved to Fort Pierre seven and a half years ago and the hot tub that came with the house needed a heater. Jason fixed me right up even though I am actually a ways out of town. He helped me learn to take care of the hot tub - chemicals, cleaning, winterizing, and set up in the spring. (It is outside and I travel too much to leave it all winter. Two weeks of no power and I would come home to the world's biggest ice cube.) I've had to replace a few more parts over the years and Jason is always willing to work around my schedule. When I get ready for a new spa, or a pool table, or a fire table I'll be off to Leisure Palace Pool & Spa where I know i'll be treated fairly. read more

I wanted to surprise my spouse with a billiards table and the staff at Leisure Palace Pool Spa and Spa were so helpful. They even gave me an array of colors for the felt to choose from for the table. It was included in the price which made me more surprised because then it became a customized billiards table. Carrie was so helpful and kept me informed making sure that the day and time was convenient for me, for their guys come to my home to assemble the table. The gentlemen who came to assemble the table were professional, courteous and meticulous. They wanted this table to look perfect because not only does it look good for the business but their work reflects their attention to detail. We purchased several items of patio furniture and couldn't be happier. Just because it isn't in the showroom doesn't mean Jason can't get it for you. We got personal attention, advice and catalogs full of options. I got better pricing than any online store, spent my money at a local business plus they assembled the furniture and set it up in my yard for me. Great experience and value! read more
