I was really excited to work with River Bluff. one stop shopping, how amazing. we started one year…read morein advance to secure everything we wanted while building far away. fast forward 6 months later we ran into concerns. 1) Securing bids in advance of supply chain delays, 2) Experiencing multiple contractor bids to provide a comprehensive cost estimate 3) Living in another state and receiving effective communication from River Bluff. My house was painted the wrong color and I am having to pay for and find a new contractor to fix. no responses from River Bluff on how we can fix. Now that my house (painted the wrong color) is on the land and we still plan to pay over 100k for a garage is pending, no response on how to correct. overall, customer service is what I loved about the experience and now, that I am a check mark, is the reason I would never recommend to anyone.
