Tracy and Joy both receptionists were very friendly and helpful setting up appointments and worked with my scheduling needs. Thumbs up for that! Dr. Rahul Prakash is an excellent doctor! He is very professional, knowledgeable, meticulous, patient, caring and compassionate.His dental assistant Veronica was very nice and helpful. She kept me comfortable and informed. That would amount to 230 one-hundred-dollar bills, which raises an obvious question as to why cash is preferred.

I came in off a referral from my general dentist and could not of been happier with the outcome. Dr. G was extremely informative and eased my concerns going into the procedure. He walked me through my x-rays and pointed out why I was making the right choice getting this done. The craziest part about it all is that the procedure itself only took 30 minutes. The numbing shots were 2/10 on the pain scale, after that you feel absolutely nothing besides pressure. If they're busy when I call, I leave a message and I get a return call the same day. Everyone is kind and professional. We have never waited longer than 1/2 hr after arriving to see the dentist. The office & equipment appear updated and clean. Each exam room is large, equipped with X-ray equipment and they even provide a TV to help distract while having procedures done. They also allow you to go into the exam room with your child, if you like. We've seen both dentists here and they are both very informative and kind. Neither jumps to do unnecessary procedures.
