Our basement shower now looks modern and elegant thanks to their outstanding workmanship and eye for detail. The quoting process was fast, fair, and transparent, and the installation itself was quick, clean, and flawless. Steve even went above and beyond by offering helpful advice and a temporary fix for another bathroom's glass issue, which we plan to replace with Northville Glass in a future renovation. It's not often you find a local business in Northville/Novi with this level of integrity and craftsmanship. We're incredibly thankful to have found them and will absolutely work with Steve again on our next project.

I was very happy with Tony's Glass block. From the time I made my initial call to him, to the time…read morethe work was done, everything they did was outstanding. Tony was quick to respond when I first reached out, and just as quick to give me a quote. He was at my house within a few days to get the work done and it was better than expected. They even mortared up a space near my window where there was a missing brick and tried to shape it to look like a brick. That is outstanding service. I would highly recommend them!

Also, the estimator (whom I believe was the owner's son) was very kind and available to answer all our questions, without any condescension or indifference. After the install, which took about 1-1/2 days, there were a few items I had mentioned that were overlooked, and when I contacted the owner, instead of being met with indignation (as I expected), I was met with compassion and understanding. The items were remedied within a few days. Everything looks great! No more leaking roof. -------------------------------------- On a side note, my neighbor (weeks later) said she saw many nails in her driveway, and when she said something to the workers, they were really rude. She said the next day there were food rappers and more nails in her yard/driveway, and said she ended up with a roof nail in her tire with a flat. I emphatically apologized to her but there wasn't much more I could do. I also later found 2 cigarettes (one smoked and the other whole) in my attic, and have found nails here and there for weeks now. For these last few reasons, I could not offer a 5-star rating, and almost put 3 stars, but 3 would not be indicative of the overall quality, which is more important to me from a roofer than attitude--though if everyone had an attitude similar to the owner's son, 5 stars would be an easy rank. Overall, the experience was good, but not great, though I would recommend them over others. I would only advise that every detail be written down, and that the owners have a little more oversight on their daily crews, just for quality (and attitude) control.

Four weeks after the quote and we still had no communication with this company unless we called ourselves, and even then we got the voicemail 9 times out of 10. When someone did answer, they gave us a new excuse every time. Apparently our job wasn't worth the money, and instead of canceling on us or keeping their word they just ghosted us. Our roof could've been fixed much sooner with the company we actually went with in the end and it would've prevented further damage. Shame on these guys.
