The assistants and Doctor Lewis were absolutely AMAZING and a 15 out of 10. They were so caring and supportive through the whole trauma. They swaddled me in a furry blanket because I was shaking then they checked on me the whole time and sat with me. Heather would pop in randomly and just let me know I was doing great haha. When they first gave me the numbing medicine one of the girls was giving me a nice little arm rub for support and the doctor let me know that sometimes when the medicine gets in your blood stream it can cause your heart to beat very fast, that and not being able to swallow gave me the panic attack. Anyways I will be coming to this office for a long time. I highly recommend this place for anyone but especially babies like me

However he retired and I moved to Birmingham. I was putting off looking for a new dentist because they are often hard to trust and I feel try to do more work then needed. But, I needed a dentist ASAP because by I cracked my front tooth! I called the next morning and they were able to get me in same day. I was in and out quick, he gave me a great consult and did not overcharge -even undercharged- he also did not do more work to my tooth than necessary. My tooth looks great and I scheduled a future appointment for cleaning! I'm glad I found a new dentist and will recommend to anyone who asks!

I found another dentist and got a lot of work done on my teeth. Since I don't have a dental degree, I generally trust what dentists tell me I should do. I ended up in Dr. Cosgrove's office after all this work and immediately wished I had started here. The staff was kind and went out of their way to explain my insurance coverage and costs before I visited. Dr. Cosgrove took the time to explain the risks and benefits of the treatment he suggested. He did most if not all of the work himself, undercharged me for work he performed, and conversed in a very down to earth way with everyone he interacted with. I think I will switch to his practice: I was very impressed.

I got the absolute best care during my implant process and they did a wonderful job. They made me feel so welcome and in good hands. This was a very traumatic experience for me and they walked me through every step and made me feel very comforted knowing it was all going to be okay. New to town and set up an initial appointment to establish care. While waiting for that…read moreappointment, I had a crown break and needed to be see quickly. The office called and got me in the next day! Everybody is so friendly. The lady at the front desk thanked me for filling out my paperwork online and welcomed me to the practice with it being my first visit. Maryanne, the dental hygienist was so very sweet and friendly. She made me feel comfortable and made my appointment run smoothly. "Dr John" came in and introduced himself. He listened patiently as I explained the general history of my dental care and what my hopes and fears are in regard to dental care/plans. While I was being seen, they reached out to me precious dentist to obtain vital information. When Dr John walked me to the front, he spoke to the staff in a hushed voice so as to keep other patient's in earshot from hearing. I really appreciated him caring about my privacy. I am so so happy I found a wonderful group of people to help me with my dental care needs! He took photos, literal photos of my teeth and showed me the enlarged photos of all these little tiny lines on my teeth. He said those three teeth were about to break at any moment because of the tiny cracks in the teeth. I found out later,, THOSE MICRO LINES ARE NORMAL!!!! They're not cracks. But being unsuspecting, I trusted Pruitt, so he put in three crowns he said I needed. Why oh why did I not question this? I guess I didn't go to the dentist as a detective!!! I came as a patient hoping as usual that the dentist wouldn't hurt me. And on top of losing all that money, one of the crowns has hurt ever since. This guy should not even be in business!!!
