Yet, they could text me and call me three separate times to confirm my appointment. I walk in with my insurance card and the receptionist was extremely rude and condescending. Said "we don't accept ANY state insurance here. So I guess you don't want to keep your appointment because you don't want to pay" Honestly, I had the money as a back up, I just didn't want to give them my money. I won't be recommending this dentist to anyone if that's how they treat their low-income clients.

I can confirm the overall quality of patient care, from the receptionist to the hygienist to the dentists is poor. The staff tried to sell me expensive cosmetic procedures while I had severe pain following a failed crown, instead of expressing any empathy regarding what I was actually experiencing. The dentist managing the procedure advised me to take something like Xanax before any future dental procedures, because I was an "anxious" patient. Having excruciating pain can make you anxious. I have a hunch they save the courteous and professional act for their wealthier patients.

As someone who enjoys going to the dentist from childhood (had a sweetheart of a pediatric dentist…read moregrowing up), this place is a likely example of the reason why people fear and/or hate going to the dentist. The dentist himself is pleasant and talkative. His staff seem all nice as well. However, I did not appreciate getting fillings when I never needed to them get done. I had only 1 cavity in my years of life and I attended this dentist's office only to "miraciously" have 11 cavities??? I had just gone to a dentist where I was studying out of state that informed me only 1 was present. He was insistent that I had to get the cavities filled ASAP. After filling and still to this day, I have issues with the tooth he filled because it protrudes too much. The dentist would watch tv and go back and forth between patients to do other procedures. So while you are in pain and frozen, you unfreeze and get to continue with pain your filling. Never again will I go here!
