There has been a complete overhaul of staff at the west colfax Denver location. I'm not a fan. That is combined with REALLY limited flower selection lately...they had 2(!!!) strains during my last visit. This has been my go-to dispo but I'm losing faith after multiple negative visits. read more

They have gotten rid of all the good edibles on the Med side, whenever I inquire about the missing ones it's always the same song and dance about there being an issue with the edible company, all of their amazing employees have left, it's so sad. I purchased 2 cartridges online from this dispensary, Clementine Kush & White Rhino, which their website listed as both 96% THC. When I got home, the the Clementine Kush stated 79.2% THC & the White Rhino was 77.3% THC. I called the dispensary & talked to the manager who was not helpful at all & said the manufacturer must have mislabeled them...BOTH? I asked if I could return them as they were never opened & only 30 minutes had passed, he said NOPE! Then he took forever to say that maybe I could get a 10% discount next time. I hung up as I will never go back there again. I don't consider this dispensary honest as they don't back their products. read more

I read most of the reviews. theres no mold in their flower...recently the foh team has become more rude. demanding i pass my phone when u can read it through the glass. Why would a guest want to give their phone to u lol u dont need to touch my phone. you dont need to take it behind the glass. you just need to verify the information. This is the second time I have personally gotten moldy flower from this place. The MED has removed their flower multiple times from the market but they just keep selling mold! Don't risk the strains confetti cobbler, ny mayhem, apple fritter. VERY OLD. Also when we reached out to the store manager Brandon and Hillary were VERY mean and condescending. Was in Amsterdam for the 4th time this October and Leiffa is honestly the closest thing to Amsterdam cannabis I've seen in a while. Been visiting now regularly since October. Staff is so cool and friendly. Medical only which I like. Waiting area is comfortable with nice sofas to chill and or look at a some glass. So far the quality of flower is consistent. Good selection and flavors of indica, sativa, hybrid. Concentrates are on point with different prices and types. Their solvent less is really good. They basically have a good selection of just about everything. Very happy with Leiffa. read more

I have been coming to Leiffa for almost four years to get my sons medicine. When they were medical only , they were great! Very knowledgeable and treated you like a patient. Sadly, it has changed since they are both medical and recreational now. The front staff are very rude and are no longer patient centered. I went in today and the young lady at the front told me I couldn't pick up for my son as I am not listed as the caregiver. I went on to tell her that my name as the parent was on the card and I have never had a problem after coming there for years. The manager then discredited me that I have never had a problem in the past. I informed her that my son does not have a caregiver that is why my name is on his card as I am the parent. She said no that is not the case. Then they had security come to the front, as if I was going to start causing a seen. About 20 minutes after I left, she called and said she was wrong and they would comp me at my next visit. I then went to voice my frustrations and she got upset. Next time , they should have someone else call because her tone made it even worse. I have been a cannabis advocate for years and it is clear that the industry is no longer patient centered It is not my fault their staff no longer are knowledgeable about the law and I should not have been treated the way I was today. My experience with Leiffa not only today , but over the past 6 months, is a symptom of Colorados failing medical marijuana program with recent legislation that is causing the med program to come to a slow end. It is clear the focus in this state is recreational now. Sadly, I will be looking for another medical dispensary that is actually patient focused. read more

Sadly, the bad experiences seem to be numerous and never ending. I enjoyed going here for awhile but was so repeatedly let down. Overall, the product they're providing has gone down hill but the issue is mostly with staff. Lots of turnover, inconsistencies between what budtenders say and do, generally poor attitudes. There are certainly bigger, busier dispensaries where the staff seem much less miserable and confused. I gladly drive out of town to go to other dispensaries even when this place is 2 mins. away. read more

They changed addresses to 6900 w colfax now...used to come here for shake for 50$ OTD...they don't do the shake her anymore sadly..only popcorn on sundays and mondays only....I was able to pick up some really great flower while here and the other flower looked awesome read more

Leiffa was our favorite, strictly shopped here for a long time. They just switched to being rec as well and suddenly all the flavors for med is gone. Leiffa is selling out to make more profits off rec rather than continuing to support their loyal med customers. Happens every time a med place switched to rec, just thought leiffa would be above it. read more

new members got a sign on bonus and existing members got nothing. Their inventory became extremely Limited and their prices went up for said inventory. Not only did they have a mush decreased inventory but the wax that they did have was low-quality very dry and crumbly . They will respond by telling you that they have a two for $30 gram wax special on Saturdays but that is with the low quality wax and you can find a better deal other places any day of the week . When these changes occurred we started looking for another dispensary. But we were still going to Leiffa and spending a lot of money. We spent $1,000 at one time and won $100 raffle for spending so much, but to our surprise when we went to go collect the money even though we had won it due to spending money at their dispensary they told us they could not give us our raffle money because we were now members of another dispensary. Don't waste your time this place does not have the best prices or the best inventory by any means. Green sativa is awesome I'd check them out instead. Been shopping around for a very long time. First time in years I have come across a shop that I can say I don't go in to just get my meds from. These people that work there are all my friends now. Talk about quality service, no matter what the issue, even if there is no issue at all they will try to give you the very best deal possible even if you came in not knowing about any deals. No corners are cut here. I became a member solely for the flower they produce. So far it is the best in denver I have come across in the last 4 years. Not some dried up powdery buds that are harsh to smoke. Leiffa has the most pleasurable flowers to smoke. I do not go anywhere else to buy my flower, and for good reason. They not only dry their flower but actually cure it to perfection before being allowed to sell, so the process is not rushed. They produce most of their flower for solventless hash processing, so that right there shows they care and properly do the entire growing process from start to finish. I've been a patient of this dispensary long before it was Leiffa, when it was still called Patients Choice. The Owners name was Doug and he was a genuine guy. Leiffa bought out the company and only fired Doug, the other "loyal" employees of Doug still work there and the only new faces are management. Leiffa has let me into their facility without the proper identification. I didn't have my medical license or my ID and Chrissy or Christy still let me in because I was a member. I also have a voicemail that I saved from Chrissy or Christy, right before I switched dispensaries, saying that I won $100 raffle and I still have the voicemail saved. My raffle that I "won" was given to a different person, because I wasn't a member anymore and switched to a different dispensary. They told me that it was given to a member and I wasn't a member anymore, even though I won it when I was a member and was entered as a member.. they are petty. Also, speaking of petty, the reason that we switched was because their supply under Leiffa went south, too. Their prices went up (even for members) and their product is limited. A member will pay 21 out the door for a gram of wax unless it's Saturdays deal of 2 for 29 and even then you have 1, if your lucky, 2 choices of wax.. Patients Choice sold their members 15 dollar grams of wax. You can't go to Leiffa expecting to get a Sativa wax or an indica or hybrid, you go and get whatever they have, because there is no selection. They do more for new people then they do for their existing patients, too. New patients get 100, loyal members get higher prices. Chrissy or Christy gave me 50 dollars credit one day and told me that she argued for the loyal customers, but when my girlfriend went to go collect her 50, they told her that they got in trouble for giving it to me and couldn't do that for her? They are corrupt and do whatever they feel like. Homeless are always out front of the neighboring stores and harass you when you come out, even walking to your car. It use to be tolerable with the deals and friendliness off the place, but you can buy a gram of wax for 20 dollars anywhere and have a better selection elsewhere, too. Leiffa's wax is very dry and crumbly and again you have the one they give you, or the 'hopeful' 2nd choice, to choose from. They think shatter is wax (it's a concentrate, but not a wax) and don't know what they are doing. Where can you get 15 dollar grams of wax now?
