The dental techs were wonderful. They listened to any concerns I had and spent lots of time with each of my kids. He spoke to me at length about each child and answered any questions I had. What also impressed me was the office's willingness to schedule 3 new patients to come in at the same time. A lot of doctors now won't do that.

After receiving multiple services here, I recently discovered -- only because my HSA required verification -- that I was overcharged on several visits (approximately 4-5 separate services). This was never brought to my attention by the office, and I would not have known if my HSA had not flagged the transaction. When I looked into the charges more closely and compared them with my insurance Explanation of Benefits, the amounts did not match what I should have been responsible for. This raises serious concerns about billing accuracy and transparency. Patients should be able to trust that they are being charged correctly, especially when dealing with in-network providers. It's extremely frustrating and stressful to have to catch these discrepancies on your own. I strongly recommend that anyone visiting this office carefully review their bills and insurance statements. Based on my experience, I cannot confidently recommend this practice.
