I had the worst experience with Leiby's. I paid for a deep cleaning service. They will charge you extra and nickel and dime you for everything. Make sure to read their terms and conditions if you do decide to go with them as there are alot of misleading add ons. When you pay for a deep cleaning you expect the place to be cleaned thoroughly. The apartment smells musty and they is still dust on my closet shelves. Even worse is dealing with Giovanni who was extremely unhelpful in resolving my situation. Still shocked by how poorly they cleaned our home. Three out of five cleaners looked clearly underage, so not sure how they are "licensed and insured" per the owner's pitch to me during the sales process. They showed up and immediately requested for a 30% increase in price due to "dust" even though I booked a move in / out cleaning, where dust is 100% an expected occurrence. Jovanni was responsive so I'll give him that but I will not be recommending this company to anyone. Photos are all after they said they were done. Was so upset. Great experience. They arrived on time, went over my expectations. Got to work right away. Called me 30 minutes prior to finishing for me to come back. I found a couple of areas at the very top of closets that just needed a quick dusting, and they were happy to oblige. Other than that, they got into every crevice and made my post demo renovation move in Ready. Highly recommend, and will definitely use them in the future. read more

This service is inconsistent. The first visit for a deep cleaning, the team was awesome. The second visit was with a different team that did a terrible job. You could not even smell that any cleaning products were used. The bathroom wasn't touched. I called Jovanni and he gave a bunch of excuses. I tried a third time because he said I would be able to have the original team. The team arrived 2 hours late without a call. When they finally showed, I had to leave. They said that they had problems with the phones. No one has a cell phone to call and say they would be late? Jovanni insisted that I give them the key to let themselves out because I needed to leave for another appointment. He started lying and recalled his team. They apologized and I feel badly that they missed out because I had tipped each of them well the first time and they remembered. Apparently, they are not sure they get the tips routed through the company. Given the disreputable way they run this business it would not be surprising. They just also randomly scheduled me for cleanings, without confirming with me. I told him I would not be using his service again in the future because he does not understand customer service. If you are looking for inconsistency and poor customer service then this is the place for you. read more

Couldn't ask for a better service. Everything was professional done properly. Customer service was great and responsive as well. They let me choose a certain time that work for me and my wife base upon our availability. They adjusted there times just for us. Employees was very nice and did everything an owner would want from there employees. read more
