He showed us how neat the steel looks as it ages, helped the Husband pick out what metal he wanted on his skin and was great to work with. Everything in that shop is amazing. He doesn't make the Damascus steel himself, a friend does(I think it's the only thing he doesn't make in his shop), but he's extremely knowledgable about it and owns some great pieces of his own. We're so happy with how my husband's ring turned out! We'll be going back to Zaruba when looking for awesome pieces of jewelry in the future.

I casually mentioned that I was looking for three light lamps and said my goodbye. Two days later James calls me and text a picture of a lamp he found and was that what I wanted...right on target! He bought two lamps for me. Both have the 3 way light. Jess had his friend rewire and test each one. Now THAT is customer service! I definitely will be back to James and Jess House of Goods. They have proven their worth to me.
