I called Rikki at Equitack, and she asked me to bring it over for them to give an estimate. Orlando looked the saddle over, gave me an awesome price, and said it would be done in about a week. If that wasn't awesome enough, he actually turned it around in 24 hours, freshly oiled and looking gorgeous! I would never expect to get another repair returned so fast, that was an anomaly.
