Seemed perfect at first but that quickly changed. My two year old son who had been in daycare since he was born had a complete change in behavior after being enrolled here. He was miserable when being dropped off and came home upset every day saying the teachers were mean and no one ever played with him. We have been at LCA for almost 4 years now. I have two children enrolled. I have always loved it here. The teachers have always been pleasant, helpful and more than loving towards both of my kids. If there is ever any issue with my kids, they call me or email me immediately. In my 4 years I have never noticed piles of trash ( I see these teachers walk them out everyday when I am there). Also, never noticed crumbs, as they are constantly using the push vacuums after each meal. My kids are beyond happy. My youngest, (1.5) was well cared for and beyond in the infant room. in the young toddler room, he loves all the teachers and aids and normally runs right to them smiling. My only improvements would be face wiping, which in my honest opinion, is never going to be perfect, especially in day cares. My boys do get sick, however, they are spending the day with 10-20 different kids, can you truly expect them not to get a cold if the other kid in class has a cold and they are playing? The center is well equipped with tons of toys, learning activities, music, dance, yoga, languages! They participate in all different styles of learning and it has made both my children excel. I would highly recommend LCA, they are more than accommodating, decently priced, and well caring of your kids when you can't be there! read more

We've been sending our daughter to LCA for the last four years, and are continuing with the school aged program. The staff is wonderful! As educators, we looked closely at other pre-school and daycare programs in the area, and haven't been able to find one like it. It is safe - every gate is locked and every playground is secure. The keyfob access is easy to use. The teachers do great work (they have an accredited Kindergarten program). If there was ever an issue - injury, Illness or behavioral issue, the staff informs you right away and they document everything. The LCA has an active PTA, too, and that's something I've never seen at another "daycare". LCA runs more like a private school than anything else. There are lesson plans, special events, and many opportunities for parental involvement. LCA provides breakfast, lunch and snacks (and my daughter constantly raves about Ms. Nancy and the food she makes). I'm sure there are downsides, as there are with anyplace you go, but I would recommend LCA to anyone. They are flexible, caring, communicative and professional - who can ask for more than that? read more

The rooms are not clean. Dirty garbage with used diapers overflowing onto the floor, snotty finger print smudges everywhere, crumbs all over the carpet. ( and im talking weeks go by and the same smudges in the same places) I left because my daughter was constantly getting sick. I would bring in johnsons wipes and boogie wipes for them to use on her daily. Needless to say there were boogers crusted on her face everytime I would pick her up and the boogie wipe package never deflated. The staff is not warm and friendly by any means, especially the director Marie. (There are a few in between) One day my daughter was so sick I forgot to call her out of school and the daycare did not even call to notice that she was not in school. When I gave notice that we were leaving after being there for 6 months the Director Marie and Assistant Director Melissa, did not even have the decency to ask why!! There menu is not that nutritious . Out of 6 months there I never saw her hands washed once. When she was in the infant room Mrs. Keating took the most amazing care if my baby and she is the only reason we lasted there that long. Please look at alllllll of your options, first.. read more

My son has been attending LCA for 10 months now. The place is clean, meals are nutritious, and they are very good at communicating with parents. I am eager to see how his education progresses as he enters pre-school. read more

My daughter attended Lehigh Children's Academy for 3 years, including full day kindergarten. She is excelling in public school! The teachers are kind and caring, the directors take the time to get to know my child and my family. I never felt more comfortable knowing my daughter was cared for, loved and learning!
