It was also not easy to determine who was employed there and available to answer questions. The young lady who worked as the cashier was not cordial or engaging and didn't appear to be thrilled to be at work. She spent most of her time looking at her cell phone. I am considered "old school" and grew up at a time when cell phones were not available for use. I am also employed by a company that prioritizes engaging the customer.
