I would wait all day to see them, and come by multiple times during the day and they still could never do it on that day. But every year I would brush it off and keep coming back, turning my schedule around to accommodate them, because I didn't think I had other options. Finally, one day before closing time, they still told me they couldn't do it after a repeat visit that day despite saying they could be available around that time. Thankfully, I made just in time to another local place that I adore where I am treated like a smart person and never given any runaround. Never bothering with this place again.

They lied about looking at it on day one, then gave it back "no charge" the next day because they found nothing wrong. The boot is torn in half with grease all over. Last year they did the same thing. I had a cooling issue and they sent me home "no charge" with a new radiator cap, it turns out to be a blown head gasket.
