This is a super healthy meal and one of the best things you can get in a food court for a decent price. It's very filling and I can't even finish the mini in one sitting. I appreciate how they're super generous on the toppings and the chicken is always cooked just right and still juicy. Oh and the volcano chicken is not even that spicy. So it's tolerable if you can't handle spice. It's a great serving of protein (cuz of the chicken and quinoa) and I don't feel crappy after eating it. So glad they've opened several locations in Ontario!
