Luckily they had a spot available before her birthday! I booked the Princess and Me Birthday Celebration which includes a Princess of your choice to attend your celebration, a mini makeover, Princess performance, a royal coronation, and a mini cupcake and a pink lemonade. The entire celebration is an hour and is quite pricey. However, I felt like it was totally worth it! Ariel was in character the entire time, got my shy daughter to participate, and she was a good singer. Everyone enjoyed the birthday celebration and even the adults were impressed. I would definitely recommend Fantasy Fables for any kids that love Disney princesses.

From the magical salon station, to the playroom, to the little theatre stage where kids get a chance to meet and great their favourite princesses! The fees are a little bit less than at other gyms and I think this is due to the size of it. There are a decent number of top rope and lead climbing routes but only a few auto belays. The bouldering area was very squished due to a wall that separates everything else from it. It just felt like it was hard to walk without tripping over people essentially. They had a lot of projects up that were ungraded on one side of the wall. This was kind of interesting because it kind let you forget about any sort of level restrictions. Some of the grading they did have was interesting - they had had a "V minus"...as in less than 0. I'm not sure how one determines something is easier than a 0. As for some housekeeping, the front has a lot of coat hangers and a bench area for you to put on your shoes. There is a sink in this area too for quick handwashing. There are lockers up a set of stairs. They don't do any walk-in sort of belay training - check for special dates. They had a board up where you could contact other members for a belay partner which was pretty cool. All the staff were friendly too. Seems like a nice gym to be a part of!

TERRIBLE customer service from Lil' Monkeys indoor playground in Burlington…read more I had bought a 10-pass for my children awhile back and when I went to use it Lil' Monkeys would not let me. They said my 10-pass had expired even though the expiry was not listed anywhere nor was there any paperwork or email with that information ever provided notifying me of that. They said that they have recently made a decision to expire them after a year. Therefore my pass had just "expired" in mid September. I pleaded with them to honour my pass as I had paid a lot of $ for it and I asked that they allow me to use even just 2 of the 4 remaining passes left as I had no idea they had arbitrarily decided to put expirations dates on their passes. The answer was NO. Not only was there no grace period, but no warning either. The manager who was EXTREMELY rude.. kept cutting me off said that they would not allow me to use it and this was their new policy and then abruptly HUNG UP the phone on me! As a customer of theirs I am appalled and very disappointed at this poor treatment and will never return or support this business. **Since posting this same post on a Burlington Facebook group yesterday, there has been a number of other parent's who have contacted Lil' monkeys indoor playground only to find out that they too have now found themselves in this same predicament. There are a lot of upset families. This business is ripping people off and should be avoided. BEWARE!

The women at the front desk was absolutely rude. customer service is poor. if you do a birthday party here don't choose the pancake package. Pizza is so so. more activities outside of the structure at other play gyms like playcious. If the employees here were friendlier we would consider returning. If you don't like people, then maybe you shouldn't be in customer service let alone arounds kids and families.
