I get there and another girl answered the door and as I arrived at 9:35 she said that I couldn't be let in but if I showed up at 9:31 I could have been let in. Why would they not have told me that on the phone versus driving all the way down here. Very inconsiderate, rude, and not flexible for life happens moments. Be transparent if you are closing the doors one minute after class starts after I called ahead (due to an accident on a rainy day) and would be five minutes late. Wouldn't have wasted my time or my gas. Now I'm most likely going to be charged $20 for "no show" fantastic.

I contacted her last night re: covid procedures, and she responded immediately. She masks, airs out the room, and sanitizes. I never expect an immediate response so it was a nice touch. The massage was a full 60 minutes. I have grown to expect that 60 minutes includes consultation, so really only 50 minutes, but she did not. I didn't request deep tissue as I normally do, but she still worked through some kinks and I was more relaxed than I can recall in recent memory. Also, her prices are super reasonable.
