My son has more cowlicks than I can count and his hair is very difficult to cut. We finally found Gio at Legacy and we couldn't be happier. He's very friendly and professional and knows exactly how to cut my son's hair. The vibe at Legacy is very laid back but also feels like you're a part of an exclusive club. My son wanted a "grown up" haircut now that's he's a teenager. We made an appointment over the phone and was able to be seen the next day. The atmosphere is really cool, laidback, with ESPN on tv. Total guy vibes but not too much to make a mom feel out of place while waiting for their child. I now take all 3 of my sons ages 4-16 and they all enjoy it. My son and husband had an appointment at 4:30pm with Jon, mind you this appointment was made last week. They went in today was told that they were going to be seen next. He completely ignored them when another person came in claiming they were " early" and took them. Waited 40 mins and still no knowledge of saying " I will be right with you guys" or you will be next " nothing. So, what is the whole point of making appointments. So, they walked out and my som never had his hair done. read more

The other day my son called this establishment to make sure they were open and taking appointments. They told him to show up at 3:00 and he did and then no one working there acknowledged him for 45 mins until he walked out. Unfortunately my son is very shy and doesn't like to upset anyone so he doesn't speak up when he should but customer service 101 should be to greet and assist a customer that walks into your store front no matter what. I don't know if this was a one off day for this business and I'd like to give them the benefit of the doubt but it still really sucks when a young gentleman out of his comfort zone trying to look fresh gets treated like he's inconsequential. So only one star because we can't even speak about quality of work just character of these individuals working there or the business leaders themselves who set their employees up for failure.
