So I did not even GET to start my services (or rather, my boyfriend's). We made an appointment, left our number, and drove AN HOUR plus to Middletown specifically to get my man's hair done. What happened when we got there? "Oh, yeah, I'm double booked so come back at 12:30 and I may be able to do it then." Excuse me? The night before the appointment we got three text messages confirming for the following day. Not one but three separate texts saying SEE YOU TOMORROW AT 11:00 AM. So what the heck happened to professionalism? You had my number but couldn't even bother to text me to let me know in advance? Horrible first, almost, experience and we will never be making another attempt with this place. read more

I've been going to Legends for awhile and the service has always been top notch. I just recently went there to get haircuts for my two sons and I. We arrived just before closing time. I asked Benny if they could get us in, and he said no problem. We waited until he finished up the clients he had, and then he took care of us too. I know it was late but my son asked if he could do a cool design and he said no problem. Overall, I appreciate someone who is willing to stretch there schedule to accomadate my busy schedule. This is how business is done and they have customers for life. Thank you Benny! Nate read more
