Long over due review. I'll start off by saying the focused repair work was great. Repaired spot was…read moredone very well. The car came back to us with what I believe was an exterior detail. Very clean and shiny. Now the bad. Last year I had scheduled out the repairs on my car. When I dropped it off they were supposed to have the replacement parts and I would have the car back fairly quickly. This did happen they had the car for weeks and it took me a while to get a response from someone on why it was taking longer. I finally got a call from someone who said that the replacement door had been damaged in shipping and they were having a hard time finding another. He was very apologetic and said that I would only be charged cost for the work and I'd get the car back asap. They got the car done and I picked it up. It looked great. I was charged full price, but I did not push back on that. First issue I noticed was they had removed my antenna and left it resting on my wipers. Thankfully I saw it before it was lost or damaged my vehicle. Next issue I saw was, the car had window visors. Since they were replacing a door I said don't worry about replacing that just remove all of them for me. They did but they left all the foamy glue that held it on, on the other door. The next issue was that they failed to secure a wire harness inside the door they fixed so now when you open or close it you can very much hear it banging around in the door. And the final issue is the car has proximity thing where when you have the keys on you you can unlock the car by pushing a button on the handle to unlock and lock it. It worked when we took the car and and it doesn't work now on the door they fixed. Works on the passenger door still. Overall all great repair work, just some lack of attention to detail in some areas and lack of follow through on a customer service side for the charges.

After posting my previous review, I was contacted by Will at Gerber. He was very eager to make this…read moresituation right. I arranged to bring my car to him on Wednesday, April 17. I showed him the damaged area and he said they could do some sanding and clear coat. I did not expect any more than that -- the bumper is like any bumper of that age with rock chips, etc -- but Will went above and beyond for the situation, actually replacing the bumper entirely and painting to match. I would have never asked for them to go to that extent, but I am grateful they did. It is my understanding that the office staff when I had been there for the initial repair are no longer with the company and an entirely new crew has been put into place. It appears that the company is making great strides by putting competent employees in place and are working very hard to provide excellent service and quality craftsmanship.

I would love to leave a better review because the young man on the left was amazing as was the lady at the front desk, but I had a drink I needed to throw away when I opened the trash there were open beer cans. Then as I turned around I noticed the woman sitting down in the corner had a beer sitting there as well. It absolutely appalled me that a place that repairs peoples vehicles would be okay with this behavior. I've contemplated wether or not to make this review for a week or so but I feel like it needs to be done.
