My daughter placed an order on their website on Dec 22nd. She paid an extra $28.14 for 2 day air shipping. They shipped the package so it will arrive on December 28th, not in time for Christmas. There was nothing during the checkout process that indicated she would not receive the package in time, at least by the 26th (you would think, at the very latest). When I called to find out about the mistake, the owner Jeff yelled at me and said it was my fault. His customer service was the worst I have experienced. In this economy, he should be thankful for customers, not yelling at them. Please don't order from them. http://www.legendsareforever.com is the website. Avoid at all costs. They aren't a reputable company. The checkout process should have given more info about shipping. Other websites that had this same product would have gotten the gift here on time. Happened across this review and even though it is an older post, having first hand experience with this company, had to counter with my positive experiences with these guys! Don't know what the previous reviewer's agenda is here and seriously doubt the validity of her claims. I was at the store during the Hall of Fame induction ceremonies which is like Christmas time for these guys. Under all that pressure, Jeff, the owner, was more than helpful and busy making sure his customers got taken care of as they should. The only time I could see him raising his voice, not that I ever did, would be to one of his employees for not taking care of a customer properly. He seemed to be very intense and serious about his business, probably his love for sports, especially baseball. I've had them ship me things out here to San Diego and have never had a problem with shipping. Of course I didn't wait two or three days before Christmas and expect the mail service or shipper to perform miracles. As long as it was shipped as promised, you can't blame the store for any delays in shipping even if all the pertinent information was given accurately. When I was there, I saw a lot of orders going out via UPS and the mail and as with any business, every once in a while an order is bound to get messed up, but from what I saw and have come to expect from them, Legends are Forever puts their customers first and treats all with the deepest respect. Love the huge assortment of quality sports gear as well and the fact that they are just a few doors down from the Hall of Fame museum.
