When I drove up Chris took it right in his shop and he and another guy stopped what the were doing and they had my car on jacks in 5 min and in 30 min my car was fixed, and he did it at a great price, and I was back on the road in 45 minutes, and it just blew me away that i had it fixed before i ever dreamed it would happen, So all I can say about Chris is he is a great guy and did a great job and a he did this for me out of being a great guy with old fashioned service that is just non-existent in our society today, and I cannot thank him enough, but If you need this kind of business, I am saying honesty and integrity, and knowledge are all over this man and I recommend him100%+++

The bag itself was something that in total, could be replaced at literally a $20 cost but as bags of every sort have some kind of magical power over their female owners, this bag could NOT be thrown away, so, enter Brian at Port City...He broke away from "real" upholstery jobs to fix this obviously very, very, very serious beach bag situation and his charge you ask...NOTHING. For those of us that even after 30yrs of marriage can't understand the connection between females and bags of any sort, Brian's customer service OR need to have a comedic break, served me well...He got a customer for life and I got to dress out as a super hero equal to that caped wonder Mr. Clutch (type of hand bag for you younger men who one day WILL be versed in all things bags if you intend on procreating with a female). In all seriousness, post this visit I checked around. Brian is known for being a consumate professional, doing outstanding work and most importantly, IMHO, he presents as a humble yet confident human with a service mentality lacking so much in the world today. Thanks brother.

As a former AZ resident, I'm happy that my windows are now light enough to pass NC inspection. (I had previously "flunked Window Tint" when I went to AAA for my first NC pollution inspection. The tint on my Mazda 3 hatchback's side and rear windows exceeded the maximum allowable for cars registered in North Carolina.) It wasn't the end of the world, I could only see it from a certain angle of the truck. Then, I had a friend take his Van there to get the roof lined and they got white bedliner spray splattered all on the side of his paint. (Which is very visible when looking up close.) I just think that is a little bit pathetic after finding out what they charged him and how long it took... This is just my opinion, but i'd find a different place to do my bedliner next time, and I know he would find a different place to do his roof next time. Only giving 2 Stars because they pulled my toolbox out and reinstalled it when done.
