The tint on my Mazda 3 hatchback's side and rear windows exceeded the maximum allowable for cars registered in North Carolina.) i made an appointment for a Friday 10am drop off and it to be done that day. at drop off the…read moreemployee asks that he hold it over night since it's a wrap/ paint job. but says pickup first thing the next morning. my car shows on my app that it hasn't moved all day. I call at 330pm to just ask if it's still going to get done and he interrupts me says "just pick it up!". I again try to explain that I just wanted to check to make sure it will be ready and again I get " just pick it up" very rude- I had made arrangements that day to have someone picking up my kids- if the car is just going to sit all day I should be able to ask on the status - never again will I use them.
