Legend.... the cheapest place I could find that does a combination of hotpot and BBQ. At 20 GBP PP, there is really little I can complain.
On my second visit (having been less than impressed on my first visit) I was impressed with the quality of meats and ingredients as I saw a vast improvement. Don't get me wrong, this place gets packed on a weekday and weekend evening so it's not to be underestimated.
Customer service isn't there best option but majority of the dining experience is DIY. On this experience I felt like they were like a rash that wouldn't go away and by that I mean they'd kept asking you if you're finished, to get more food, don't leave your phone on the table (table has an inbuilt thermos for hotpot). Other than that, it's all very focused on your safety as there are lots of hazards near you, however don't let that sway you by any means.
The BBQ food consisted of different seafoods, vegetables to your chicken, beef, pork and lamb, it is definitely worth a try.
The hotpot food consisted of also the standard options such as fish balls, fish rolls, lamb and beef, with vegetables and seafoods aside. Although having done my review on Hou Mei recently, this wouldn't as good despite it's a buffet.
Overall for the price and the quantity of food you get, because it's a mix of both it sells well being the cheapest in the community!
