I had one woman go out of her way to research a problem and find an answer for me. She called me back within an hour of leaving the branch. Today, Marcus was incredibly helpful and polite and kind. While the bank couldn't help me, he himself offered tips and solutions to my problem. He didn't act like he was above me or that I was a nobody which I really appreciate.
