If you're not sure, you really need to weigh your options. This means doing your due diligence. Would it be worth seeking an attorney's consultation? It depends on your situation. It also depends on your budget, too. Currently there are 17 legal forms available to purchase, such as "Last Will & Testament, Married With Minor Children"; there are many different options. (***As I was searching online, the suggestion is this option is for couples who do not own any property.***) Services: Family Court, Incorporation, Trusts- there are four different options, Probate Services.
