More puzzling was the complete lack of communication. If a case isn't something you handle, a simple message explaining that would take about ten seconds. Instead, the refund appeared without explanation and all calls and texts went unanswered. Fortunately, after being ghosted we contacted Chong Law. They responded immediately, explained the process clearly, and handled the matter professionally. I left them a five-star review.
