I was referred to Joseph, by other lawyers, so he is well respected in the industry, and I walked other court halls outside of Vegas to get the referral. The ticket was speediing against a CDL drivers license, which upon thorough research, NO OTHER LAWYER would touch a CDL ticket in the state of Nevada, because the Nevada law is designed to penalize a CDL license holder if you get a ticket, even if the CDL driver is in the right. Absolutely useless. Retained their firm to contest citation. I then emailed them a copy of a ticket asking if they were able to set a hearing date. Later I got an update email. When I logged on to check status I was notified about "successful" resolution stating that I still owe FULL amount on the ticket but it will be a non moving violation if I take a traffic school. When I called the office they were so proud to tell me about the work their attorney did. Are you serious? What work exactly did you do? The traffic school was available to me without your services and it would have been non moving violation. Avoid those scammers. They will charge you for their retainer and then claim they secured you the deal that was available to you by default. read more

This guy is the biggest scammer and crook in all of Las Vegas. I'm trying to understand how does this wannabe firm still have a positive overall review on yelp. When all he does is lie and scam people out of their money. I wouldn't even call him a lawyer or even an paralegal. He's more like a clerk, he runs down to the courthouse and puts his name all over your court case and then sits on his lazy ass. After you've already paid his retainer fee, all the while your the one left to do the hard work on your case to actually try and dismiss your case or lower your fine. I spoke with this guy and he literally has no integrity, and is very unprofessional. He literally took my money and didn't do one thing on my case. After receiving an update on via his website, I called and asked what did he actually do on my case. The only thing he stated was I went to the court house on your behalf. After this happened, I filed a dispute with my bank and he did more work to dispute the chargeback than any work/effort on my actual case. I had gotten a speeding ticket awhile back in May of last year and used this place after a coworker recommend it to fight the ticket in court on my behalf. These guys are legit! I actually waited for the entire process to be over before posting my review to make sure lol. Well, I ended up getting pulled over by a jerk face highway patrol officer who seemed to be raging on some power. I got three violations in one ticket. Reading reviews on Nevada's officers, I learned that they usually do that with out of state visitors, knowing it's a hassle to want to go back to Nevada to fight ticket.
