My brother, who has advanced cancer, traveled to Cincinnati for business and unfortunately came down with a severe case of COVID. After an ER visit, he desperately needed his Paxlovid prescription picked up from a CVS in Florence. Because he was so weak and didn't want to risk exposing an Uber driver, we tried calling nearly 20 medical couriers--all of whom turned us down. Even though this isn't the type of small delivery Red Express typically handles, they listened to our situation and agreed to help without hesitation - at 8 pm! They picked up his medication, delivered it with a genuine smile, and charged an incredibly fair price (about what an Uber would have cost). Their kindness during a terrifying moment may have saved my brother's life. This is a true mom-and-pop business that deeply cares about human beings. If you ever need business-to-business deliveries in the area, please give them your business. They deserve every bit of success! THANK YOU DJ! And my bro said the delivery person was so nice, too :)

Ikea was wonderful, but this review isn't about Ikea. While working with the closet guy at Ikea, he handed me a card when I told him that I planned on setting the wardrobe up myself. I think he probably laughed at me a little too. Anyway, fast forward to the wardrobe parts being delivered and me realizing there is no way I could put them together. I quickly got on The Assembly Tech website and entered in my info for a quote. Doug (the Assembly Tech) got back to me within a few hours and I was able to make an appointment on a holiday! Woo hoo! Doug and his son came over to my apartment and set up my Ikea furniture in half the time it would have taken me and they were reasonably priced. The Assembly Tech can help you put together any furniture, not just stuff from Ikea, so if I ever get more furniture I know who I am going to call.
