We use our AC less and the house looks so wonderful. From the first contact at the local Home Show (we viewed 7window companies), to the home estimate visit, Window Comfort educated me on their product and how it differed from other windows on the market. There are major differences from one to another and these window come with great features that others don't... like being able to wash the outsides from inside our home (which my 83 year old mother was so excited about). The custom fit windows came on schedule and were installed in one day (does take a month or so to make, as all our measurements were slightly different). The crew was courteous and professional. They cleaned up their debris and cleaned the window once installed. I would recommend you see for yourself, I am so confident I made the right choice in this purchase. Side note: Priscilla was our sales rep, she really took a personal interest in making sure we knew about their product..

I let her know that I already had a tentative order with another window company, Window World, but she immediately promised that her project manager would beat their price if I let him come out today to provide a quote. Today I met Steven, the employee who came to provide a quote. I told Steven immediately that my priority was cost and that if they were not able to beat the price from Window World, I would not be interested. I asked Steven throughout the hour and 40 minutes that he was at my house probably 10 times to provide me the price, or at least a rough estimate, of what the price would be. He waited an hour and 40 minutes, going through his entire marketing routine, before giving me a price about 60% higher than Window World. He knew the price would be higher throughout the entirety of his presentation yet proceeded to waste nearly 2 hours of my day. Even if you're in the market for windows and think they have a good product, I'd steer clear of this company given the shady sales tactics used.
