She took a few minutes to assess what I was saying and carefully explained: -if it was possible -what was best to maintain the health of my hair -how many visits it would take to attain the color I requested ( very deep dark brown to very light blonde) -paying special attention my curls (mixed hair) Visit - the 1st visit was for a copper balayage and the total time in the seat was about 3 hours. She was very detailed, explained each step and items used. She began with: - the color - deep conditioning mask to control the frizz, prevent breakage, and prime for Styling The following visit was just as detailed.
