We needed an old, brick retaining wall to be rebuilt as it was starting to fall apart. I learned…read morethat drainage holes were never installed and thus it was finally at a point of failing. Eric was recommended by neighbors who had successful work done my him and his crew. Eric is professional, punctual and consistent. The work and clean up was exceptional. They rebuilt the wall and put the proper netting, drainage and bricks in place. My plants were protected as well. I need repainting but I am attaching some proof of great work. We also needed some brick repair on a front yard wall and that was handled nicely as well.

After several years, I got up the nerve to look up contractors who were willing to finish it for us. I'm so thankful to have found Eric and his company, Salazar Masonry Service. Eric was very responsive from the get go. He was thorough in explaining the process and what was needed to complete the job...and then some! Eric's communication was awesome from the first time I reached out. He was professional, friendly, and professional. He let me know the morning of when he was on his way and progress getting here (his commute was 90 minutes away). I got a quote for material and he offered to call and get a better price and then I called in to pay for it. What a kind gesture! He and his crew were timely and efficient. Eric explained the process and showed us what he was going to do. When he ran out of material, he got more and when he charged us for the material and trip, he didn't price gouge. He showed us the receipt for the additional materials and that is what we paid. We couldn't be more happy with job and Eric's professionalism. He is an artist in his craft and what contractors should be: honest! The retaining wall looks amazing and we're thankful that the 5 year chapter of the wall is closed! Pictures to follow!

Tim and Damion did a great job leveling our pool deck and adjacent sidewalk. They arrived on time,…read morewere very professional, and sought our feedback before completing the job. We would definitely recommend them to others.

had them come out to evaluate our crawl space which had some signs of water on the outer crawlspace…read morewall. we made some improvements just a few weeks prior but wanted to make sure everything is good. we are on top of a hill, so we don't have a sitting water issue. we had a surface water wasnt being redirected quickly enough issue. red flag #1: when I schedul the call, they say "we need to make sure you have 90 minutes to sit with the inspector " and as a sales person myself, my alarm bells started going off. sounds like a time share meeting. red flag #2: saying we need a drain around the perimiter of the crawlspace because water is seeping up. remember, we are on a hill. my background is ecology andI ask him how a drain is going to help if water is using capillary action to soak up into the crawlspace? could not say and skirted the question. that's no free water, that is water bound in the soil and salts. a drain wouldn't do anything. red flag #3: they show fear based inflammatory videos about how crawlspace are bad and harmful and something to mitigate. an animated bacteria and moldspore seeping through the floor boards to a living area with a baby in the background?? that's manipulative. red flag #4: same day discounts. quoted a crazy cost ($40k) and said he can discount it 10% if I buy today. thats a scam.
