My wife and I just completed the difficult process of downsizing our home. We found a much smaller…read morelake house we loved, and then needed to market our family home of 25+ years where we had raised our family. Thank goodness we had the help of Jennifer Tremaine, of Tremaine Real Living Real Estate, to make this all work. She quickly got us a contract that we were happy with on the house we purchased. Then came the hard part: selling our family home on a rapid timeline. At every step of the way she gave us great advice on what repairs and updates to perform (and not perform) on our existing house, listing price, how to best show the home. She obtained great photos of the house and yard. She immediately answered all of our panicked questions about whether we should changes things, how best to attract buyers to the house, and did not back away from the impossible question about "when will we probably find a buyer"? She understood how difficult it was to part with memories and possessions. In the end, we found the right buyer at the right price on exactly the right timeline. I would recommend Jennifer to anyone seeking to buy or sell a home. She is excellent!

I sent Rich a long email, listing a lot of current concerns of mine with the home I just bought…read morelast year and pictures. He made absolutely sure to make time for a phone call with me even though he was flying that weekend. During the in-depth phone call he answered all kinds of questions I had, and more. I was even able to read off lab results from a previous mold test I was anxious was described to me wrong by a general home inspection company- and he assured me that really there was no true evidence of a problem from what he could tell with the numbers. So he was very hopeful and positive. I was also happening to talk to a couple other companies at the time (I had no idea what I was doing or what to expect from who!)- including a new mold test about to get by a company I had scheduled previously but was waiting on, of which the results were indeed good! So Rich was spot-on, and two other nice companies who were helping me agreed with him as well. Some other companies I had the displeasure of contacting feed into your anxiety and just want your money (I literally had a random company tell me I had to fog my entire basement without looking at any lab results??).. So I have no doubt that I am SO glad to have found Rich. It is so very refreshing that there are companies who seem to truly care while doing an expert job. Especially during such a vulnerable, anxious, and scary time (I have two little toddlers to worry about). He really helped to calm me down. Genuine people are still out there. Looking to help. I would definitely recommend Rich & his company, and actually already have! Thank you again!

I thought the price for the testing was extremely fair and she tried to accommodate my schedule and offered to meet outside of regular business hours. After the test, it took just a few days for the report to come back. She emailed the report and her suggestions. The report was very detailed and explained the types of molds found. Her email was insightful because she had recommendations as to what should be done next. Because of her help, my apartment complex was forced to deal with the mold in the vents. I hope I would not need these services again, but if I do, Jodi is my #1 choice and I would recommend her to anyone who has concerns about their home.
