I found that my son would get home, and immediately plant himself in front of his computer or ipad, and do nothing but watch videos until I got home and had him do his homework. When he was done, back to the screen he would go. EVO provides a great dynamic environment for him to engage with other kids. They help him with his homework, and the TKD program is great for instilling discipline and perseverance. He's made friends, and while he still is a screen junkie, he is able to interact with more kids in a free form environment. It is a bit on the pricey side at $500/mo, but when you break it down to a daily or hourly rate, it's not terrible given the services offered.

I wanted to try this again because I believe it will teach my kids some discipline and also self-defense, so I signed them up to come here. They have only been going for on week now, but my son absolutely loves it! He tells me that he wishes he could go every day. It warms my heart to hear that. Master Lee is sooooo good with the kids. He's so patient with my son who is not the most coordinated and he is so encouraging. He encourages my daughter as well who takes to this type of thing much easier. I'm very excited to see how my kids develop. One thing I'm hoping for my daughter is for her to get out of her shell. I really think Dragon Han Martial Arts will help her in this area.

She didn't want to attend anymore because affording to go up in belt is hard. The employees were solely focused on the ones that have "potential", and there were other kids that were black belt and knew less than my niece. My niece just couldn't become a black belt due to financial strain. It really just got weird when they asked for my sister's (my nieces mom) social security number. Why on hell would he need that? Saying he needed her social for their protection. Also he had students collecting payment where the socials are easily visible. This class started off well, but ended up just being entirely about money!
