While looking for a new State Farm agent, I encountered Carlos Salazar. Unfortunately, he cannot be trusted as he reached out to my previous agent without my consent and had an open dialogue in regards to my grievances about her. I shared with Carlos integrity is everything and unfortunately, I did not feel comfortable with Carlos because he did lack that. I attempted to try to call him and one of his staff members who is very polite would always indicate that he was always busy. He would never return my calls and when he would, it'd be a couple days later. I can't really say if he's a good agent or a bad agent, all I can share with you is that if you want to maintain any confidentiality pertaining to business or about another agent, you would think he would given you the professional courtesy and let you know he would be contacting the agent and sharing with her your discomfort of their business practice. if you're looking for an agent, just be mindful and ask a lot of questions. Then you can determine for yourself if that person has integrity and professionalism in their business. But you know Albuquerque, everyone knows each other and they covers each other's back so just be aware. If you have issues, contact State Farm directly like I did.
